The Cancer Center at Ball Memorial Hospital now has......RapidArc™ -radiotherapy and is one of the first facilities in the state to offer this advanced technology for patients.
RapidArc™ radiotherapy technology is a major advance from Varian Medical Systems that improves dose conformity along with significantly shortened treatment times. RapidArc delivers increased precision while treating two to eight times faster than the fastest previously available dynamic treatments —a winning combination that enables the clinical team to improve the standard of medical care and improve each patient's comfort level by allowing the patient to be in and out of their treatment quickly and get back to their daily routine.

New Medical Oncologist
Welcome Dr. Brown

Dr. Dejuania A. Brown began practicing in early September. Dr. Brown received her training in Internal Medicine and did her fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Brown treats all types of cancers and has a special interest in breast cancer. She is a wonderful addition to our oncologists and medical community.
