Trouble Sleeping?
Our Sleep Labs Can Help.

From time to time, most of us have experienced a restless night of sleep. But for the 70 million Americans suffering from sleep apnea and other sleep disorders, functioning on little sleep is the norm rather than the exception.

The sleep lab at Ball Memorial Hospital and Blackford Community Hospital specializes in the diagnoses and treatment of sleep disorders. The most common sleep disorder is sleep apnea, a condition where the soft tissue at the back of the throat collapses, blocking airflow during sleep. Other sleep disorders include narcolepsy and chronic insomnia.

In addition, several health conditions such as restless leg syndrome, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, heartburn, COPD, asthma or nasal allergies all can be underlying causes of disruptive sleep.
