• Duties Include
  • Pediatric admissions
  • OB phone triage, labor
    management, and deliveries
    of Right Start OB clinic patients
  • Coverage of fellow intern's clinic
    patients
    
• Average of q5-6 days
• Able to trade calls to accommodate
  personal schedules

3 months In-House call

• 2 months on inpatient medicine rotation
  • Average q5 days
    
• 1 month on ICU
  • Average q4 days

2nd Year
10 months home call

• Duties include
  • Phone triage and cross coverage of all 2nd & 3rd year clinic patients
  • Admissions for all 2nd/3rd year patients as well as director patient
  • Staff on call interns on all procedures, help admit intern clinic patients, and answer questions
  • Labor management & deliveries of Family Medicine Clinic patients
• Averages q10 days

2 months In-House call

• 2 months on inpatient medicine rotation

3rd Year

12 month home call

• Duties include:
  • Phone triage and cross coverage of all 2nd and 3rd year clinic patients
  • Admissions for all 2nd and 3rd year patients as well as director patients
  • Staff on call interns on all procedures, help admit intern clinic patients, and answer questions
  • Labor management and deliveries of Family Medicine Clinic patients
• Average 13 calls for the entire year
