Ball Memorial Hospital Rehab Center receives national accreditation
Ball Memorial Hospital’s Physical Rehabilitation Center has been accredited for a period of three years by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
The accreditation was awarded to the adult hospital based inpatient rehab program at BMH. The latest accreditation is the eighth consecutive three-year accreditation that the program at BMH has received.
The accreditation represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows that BMH has met or exceeded the standards established by CARF. By receiving the three year accreditation outcome, BMH went through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest measurable quality.
CARF is the leading accrediting body for physical rehabilitation services and has established consumer focused standards to help organizations measure and improve the quality of their programs and services.
